80'S IN A BOX :)
crazy nice
thanks bro! there was this crazy huge boombox by Sharp back in the 80's it was more like a test model .. where the cassette players are was actually a vinyl record player and one cassette player on top next to the radio station window.. I had one of these.. it stood bout 3 feet tall, 4 ft long and weight was bout 60 lbs. took like 10 D batteries .. it was a monster!!! so I drew the graff modeled after that box... its kool how the top of the ski car looks like a handle :P heres a demo of the real thing >>> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7JgnoIEhQ0
I had one of them bad boys Demo my man.. Strutting around like a badass pumping out rebel without a pause and planet rock Lisa Lisa and suchlike classix.
haha !! yeah the classics .. .. batteries wore out in a short time tho ... and there was no carrying it on your shoulder LOL .. I used to just keep my turntables hooked up to it when I did some mixing and scratching ... old public enemy and ll cool j shit mixed pretty well ...
well I see you as a real king of graffiti just awesome work
haha .. thanks bro ... lot of "kings" on here .. I just think my 80's style sticks out ... sometimes like movies .. classics are the best :)
No-one is a king on here let's squash that.... Every dog has there day we all have varying style some more basic and appealing some intricate and technical but all are from the heart that's the key....its a way of life for us oldskewl boyz... In the blood
well said :)
...amen, bro...
are you a street bomber in real life demo?
I was from 1985 to 1995 .. but it was different back then .. there few public works where writers could spend hours legally writing a spot .. I spent my time in the late dark hours .. on walls and trucks .. ran from cops a few times .. and eventually cost my parents a few 1.000 in graffiti removal fines when i was caught .. i had to scrub some of my own tags off walls even :P . i would not change a thing tho!!! now all the good work seen on walls is the legal stuff .. where writers have hours and days to work with no penalty .. its kinda like legal pot .. what people can buy in stores now .. i could have been in jail for .. the world sucks for old schoolers lol :P
